Lisa Myrberg brings over two decades of professional insurance expertise to our team, specializing in real estate acquisitions, construction and development projects, and lending insurance review. She manages all aspects of insurance planning and risk transfer from project inception to closing, including contract review support, insurance procurement and analysis, and project problem solving. Lisa brings a collaborative style, wide industry knowledge, and unsurpassed technical proficiency to her clients.

Lisa's journey in the insurance industry began with Amica Mutual Insurance Company, where she rose to the level of Branch Claims Manager, playing a pivotal role in various capacities, including claims management, training, and overseeing branch operations. Transitioning to a role as Vice President for CW Financial Services in 2012, Lisa managed insurance placements for a substantial real estate portfolio, demonstrating her proficiency in handling complex risk scenarios. Later, at Crystal & Company, Lisa served as a Managing Director and in an account executive role for financial institutions, real estate, hospitality, and multi-family accounts in the Commercial Insurance Services, National Accounts practice. 

In 2018, Lisa joined Custom House, where she now serves as Senior Managing Director and as an Executive Risk Management Consultant, leading teams of consultants advising real estate owners, developers, contractors, lenders, investors, and property managers. Lisa’s diverse background in insurance and risk management planning, especially her experience, both in the insurer-side and as a former in-house risk manager, give her an unparalleled ability to see all sides of an insurance problem and find the best solutions for her clients.

Lisa lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two children. She enjoys family trips for skiing, hiking, and visiting the beach; she is a food and wine enthusiast.
