- Drafting or reviewing insurance verbiage and requirements within contracts and leases

FACILITATE RENEWALS
- Oversee complete insurance renewal process, including broker selection if warranted
- Orchestrate carrier meetings and lender discussions well in advance to produce strongest results
- Negotiate coverage terms and pricing, as well as binding large master programs
- Maximize our leverage, expertise, and sophistication to achieve the best options available
- Coordinate certificate issuance, premium allocations, and distribution of invoices
- Summarize options with appropriate context to allow you to make informed business decisions

- Review insurance, indemnification, and other applicable provisions of JV and other agreements
