Lee Procter brings over 25 years of experience in risk management, insurance consulting, and claims management to Custom House. Clients across a diverse range of real estate portfolios benefit from her unparalleled expertise in coverage procurement, claims management, portfolio maintenance/administration, and advocacy. Lee is a seasoned negotiator, adept at securing favorable outcomes for clients, maximizing recovery and risk transfer. 

Prior to joining Custom House in 2019, Lee excelled as an insurance Claims Specialist, Claims Supervisor and Executive Claims Examiner at Amica Mutual Insurance Company, as well as a Claims Supervisor at CSAA Insurance. Lee's experience encompassed a wide range of claim types, including complex and litigated property claims, casualty claims and automobile claims. Through those experiences Lee developed her unparalleled skills in coverage analysis and navigating complex claims, as well as a deep understanding of the inner workings of an insurance company’s claims department, leveraging that experience to deliver faster and more favorable results for her clients.

Lee has experience in insurance procurement; claims intake, analysis, reporting, handling, and oversight; portfolio maintenance and administration; and coverage analysis and advocacy.
