Jenna Buono is an accomplished insurance and risk management professional with nearly two decades of experience across claims, enterprise risk, and project management.  As a Senior Risk Management Associate, Jenna applies her extensive background to advance strategic and operational risk solutions for clients.

Jenna's career began at Amica Mutual Insurance Company, where she ascended from Claims Specialist to Claims Supervisor, overseeing property and casualty claims. She then spent over a decade with at Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, where she held progressively senior roles, including Senior Project Manager and Project Leader for Special Projects. In her tenure there, she led enterprise-level initiatives to optimize claims accuracy and efficiency and managed complex, tech-driven projects that provided critical insights into regulatory performance and enterprise risk mitigation.

Jenna’s technical expertise in claims handling, coupled with her strategic project management skills, allows her to navigate complex risk environments and help clients mitigate damage, improve operational resilience, and make informed risk-transfer decisions.
