Heather also has a proven track record of success in advising public and private owners, operators, and developers on mitigating risk and securing optimal insurance solutions for their portfolios and development projects. Heather has experience in lender consulting, risk management strategies for commercial real estate, insurance procurement and coverage analysis, client relationship management, and project management.
